Terms of use and sale

Last updated: 23 October 2026

These terms apply when you download, use or buy Boundary Studio from Far Boundary (“we”). Contact: farboundarygames@gmail.com.

The software

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Boundary Studio on the plan you are on. The Free plan has no charge. You may not resell, sublicense, or remove or bypass the licence checks.

Claude, Roblox and third-party services

Boundary Studio works with services we do not provide or control, including Claude Code and the Anthropic API, Roblox Studio, Git hosts, and any MCP servers you add. You need your own accounts for these and must follow their terms. Your plan with us does not include Claude usage. Claude usage counts toward your own Claude plan, or is billed to your own Anthropic API account.

Your responsibility for changes

Boundary Studio uses AI to read and change your code and your Roblox places. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing changes, keeping backups or version control, and what you publish. Use the permission modes to choose how much the agent can do without asking.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Boundary Studio to break the law, to break the terms of Roblox, Anthropic or other services, or to attack our licence server.

Warranty and liability

Boundary Studio is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending access

You can stop using Boundary Studio at any time. We may suspend a licence that is shared, resold, obtained fraudulently or used to break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects paid plans, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
